1年程前からちょくちょく相談を受けていた友人が離婚した。
どうしても今日が良いと、午前中にカフェに呼び出されて離婚届の証人欄にサインをした。午後には別の友人の結婚式に参列する予定だったので、正装をして人気まだ少ない池袋のカフェでサインをした。
現実はいつも曖昧で、不純で、非対称で、移りゆく
ヒラリーが勝つという風潮があった中でのトランプ大統領誕生。
お金を儲けているものが成功者だという思い込み。
ネットは革命だ。ネットをやった方がいいという話であふれるSNS。
好きだと言いながらも結局別れる友人。
世論とか、正論とか、世の中一般的にいわれる正しいことが実は正しいことではないかもしれないというトランプの大富豪的”革命”的ちゃぶ台返し情報時代に、じゃあ答えは何だ？と真実探しに躍起になってしまう人間の性よ。本当に大切なもの、やりたいこと、働く意味、幸せとはなんぞやと考える人間の性よ。
一方で今年(2016年)、”そんなものなんてないよ、いや、あるかもしれないよ。結局は風に吹かれているだけなんだよ。”と1962年に謳ったボブ・ディランはノーベル文学賞を受賞した。

In June 1962, the song was published in Sing Out!, accompanied by Dylan's comments:
There ain’t too much I can say about this song except that the answer is blowing in the wind. It ain't in no book or movie or TV show or discussion group. Man, it's in the wind — and it’s blowing in the wind. Too many of these hip people are telling me where the answer is but oh I won't believe that. I still say it's in the wind and just like a restless piece of paper it's got to come down some ... But the only trouble is that no one picks up the answer when it comes down so not too many people get to see and know ... and then it flies away. I still say that some of the biggest criminals are those that turn their heads away when they see wrong and know it's wrong. I'm only 21 years old and I know that there's been too many ... You people over 21, you're older and smarter.
歌詞は、1962年に雑誌「シング・アウト!」に、ディランのコメントとともに掲載された。
「この歌についちゃ、あまり言えることはないけど、ただ答えは風の中で吹かれているということだ。答えは本にも載ってないし、映画やテレビや討論会を見ても分からない。風の中にあるんだ、しかも風に吹かれちまっている。ヒップな奴らは「ここに答えがある」だの何だの言ってるが、俺は信用しねえ。俺にとっちゃ風にのっていて、しかも紙切れみたいに、いつかは地上に降りてこなきゃならない。でも、折角降りてきても、誰も拾って読もうとしないから、誰にも見られず理解されず、また飛んでいっちまう。世の中で一番の悪党は、間違っているものを見て、それが間違っていると頭でわかっていても、目を背けるやつだ。俺はまだ21歳だが、そういう大人が大勢いすぎることがわかっちまった。あんたら21歳以上の大人は、だいたい年長者だし、もっと頭がいいはずだろう。」
ならば休日の寝起きにパッと想った感性が一番自分にとっての真実に近しいかもしれないと、Yesterday的発明めいた発想を書きながらも、それでも自分なりの”答え”を結局求めている事実に他ならないと気づく休日。
答え？風の中にあるんだ、しかも風に吹かれちまっている。あるのかもしれないし、ないのかもしれないけどね。
